England National Rugby Team Men, commonly known as the England national rugby union team, is the national men's rugby side of England governed by the Rugby Football Union (RFU). Founded in 1871 and based at Twickenham Stadium, England is one of the sport’s leading international teams—having won the 2003 Rugby World Cup—and competes in test matches and major tournaments such as the Six Nations, Autumn internationals and the Rugby World Cup, regularly playing fixtures at venues across the UK and Europe including Twickenham, Murrayfield, Stade de France and Stadio Olimpico.
